This requires the original packaging, original accessories and a damage-free device. For this reason, please do not remove any stickers from the machine for 30 days and keep the packaging and accessories.
In case of failure
If the appliance does not work, first check that there is power in the socket or, if you are using an extension lead/distributor, that it is working properly. The easiest way to do this is to use another power supply (e.g. phone charger, light bulb, etc.)
If this is OK, step by step, re-install the appliance according to the instructions, then use the 'power on icon' to switch it on and select a programme.
If the device does not work properly or if you notice any malfunction, immediately disconnect the power cord from the power outlet. Wait at least 1 minute and plug the power cord back in and start the machine. If the problem persists after this, click on the Warranty and Service button below.
Reasons for exclusion of guarantee
The warranty does not cover products that have been: incorrectly stored, assembled, or installed. It has been improperly or inappropriately used, modified, disassembled, or cleaned with improper methods or cleaning agents. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or scratches, impact, or accidental damage resulting from normal use. Products are for indoor use only. The warranty is void if the product has been stored, kept, or operated outdoors or in a damp environment. The warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damage. The guarantee is not valid in the event of damage caused by natural disasters. The warranty is void if the warranty sticker on the side of the machine is damaged (warranty void if removed).
